The theme for this Conference will be Voyager&#8217;s 30th Anniversary.<\/p>\n<p>Early Pre-registration is now open at $50 until June 1st, 2025. After June 1st, 2025 until October 1st, 2025, the pre-registration cost will be $55. Blue colored embroidered Polos with the Conference Logo are available on a Pre-Order basis only if ordered by August 15, 2025. Polos will be available for pick up only at the Conference. <\/p>\n<p>Our Conference room rate is $148 a night plus taxes. Please note, the cut-off date for accepting reservations for this room block is September 19, 2025. In order to get our group room rate, you must mention you&#8217;re with Starfleet Region 7 Conference or use the Group Code 91W if you make your reservations online.
