Our regional conference this year will be at the Hilton Garden Inn Hanover Arundel Mills Hotel from October 16th to 18th in the awesome Arundel Mills area, which offers tons of activities, including Medieval Times, shopping, and movies! We have worked with the hotel to get a very good rate so we can have as many people at the conference as possible and celebrate our theme which is the 60th anniversary of Star Trek! The hotel rate is $135 per night and we are working on some other items that we’ll be able to release as soon as we have confirmation.

Conference Registration Info:
