Just want to remind everyone that time is running out quickly to register for our 2025 Region 7 Conference before registration increases to $55 after June 1st, so please register now.
As previously mentioned, the conference will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton Fairfield Hotel & Suites in Fairfield, NJ on October 10th to 12th, 2025. The theme is Voyager’s 30th Anniversary. Blue colored embroidered Polos with the conference logo are available on a pre-order basis only if ordered by August 15th. Polos will be available for pick up only at the conference.
Our conference room rate is $148 a night plus taxes. Please note, the cut-off date for accepting reservations for this room block is September 19th. In order to get our group room rate, you must mention you’re with Starfleet Region 7 Conference or use the Group Code 91W if you make your reservations online.
We have a lot of fun panels planned for this conference already including, a talk about Delta Quadrant Species, an Astronomy – Webb/Hubble panel, a Starship Magic Show, a panel about the Prime Directive, ST Voyager Trivia, Best Guest Stars on Voyager and of course our Region 7 Meeting and a 7th BDE Muster as well along with many more panels.
