Dear fellow COs/XOs,

I hope you and your families and crew enjoyed the holiday season. We’ll be holding our first Zoom format CO/XO meeting of the year at 7 pm on Jan. 25. Just as the planets will be in alignment that night we hope to have as many COs and XOs as possible present to discuss a variety of topics for what should be no more than an hour long session.

We’ll be going over the following subjects:

Bridge Crew Certification courts (optional)
Farpoint 2025 plans
R7 Charity Program

Hi,

Just want to remind everyone that the 2025 Region 7 Conference will be hosted by the USS Abraham Lincoln, the USS Justice and the USS Theresa Sylvester at the DoubleTree by Hilton Fairfield Hotel & Suites in Fairfield, NJ on October 10 – 12, 2025. The theme for this Conference will be Voyager’s 30th Anniversary.

Early Pre-registration is now open at $50 until June 1st, 2025. After June 1st, 2025 until October 1st, 2025, the pre-registration cost will be $55. Blue colored embroidered Polos with the Conference Logo are available on a Pre-Order basis only if ordered by August 15, 2025. Polos will be available for pick up only at the Conference.

Our Conference room rate is $148 a night plus taxes. Please note, the cut-off date for accepting reservations for this room block is September 19, 2025. In order to get our group room rate, you must mention you’re with Starfleet Region 7 Conference or use the Group Code 91W if you make your reservations online. Yes, the hotel is now accepting room reservations for this event.
