The STARFLEET Diplomatic Corps is seeking motivated and dedicated members to serve as envoys, the vital link between your ship or starbase and the Diplomatic Corps Command.

Envoys are the heart of our outreach efforts, representing both their chapters and STARFLEET’s ideals across fandom and the greater community. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy communication, coordination, and building connections within and beyond the Fleet.

Envoy Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between your Ship or Station and the STARFLEET Diplomatic Corps.
• Report ship-to-ship events or exchange opportunities that foster inter-chapter cooperation.
• Share details of your chapter’s community outreach projects and events.
• Represent your crew at Expos, Conventions, and public events, coordinating with the Diplomatic Corps.
• Communicate Diplomatic Corps news, challenges, and upcoming initiatives to your fellow crewmembers.

Whether your strengths lie in community building, event coordination, or communication, serving as an envoy offers a chance to actively shape the future of STARFLEET diplomacy.
